Scrapbook Co-Authors: Leslie Wilson, Karen Robbins, Cathy Messecar - 2009
Leslie has co-authored two projects with the Word Quilters, a group of newspaper columnists from all over the country who met in an online writer’s loop called The Writers View. They share a common bond of writing secular columns from a faith-based perspective.
The Writing Spa
Mary DeMuth, Anne Mateer and Leslie have critiqued one another’s work for nearly a decade, so it was only natural that they work together, too, as fellow editors for The Writing Spa. Mary started the critique service in 2008 but quickly found she needed help. Anne edits fiction; Leslie edits nonfiction.
Freelance
Leslie started her Reality Motherhood humor column in August of 2004. Since then, she’s written over 360 columns for the weekly newspaper conglomerate that has a circulation of 100,000+. She changed the column name to Thrive It Up in July of 2011.
